The Herbal Alternative

Most of us are secretly yearning to lose a few pounds but it just never really happens. We pray, we plan, we promise but arghhhhhhh, nothing. We just wish we could eat and drink all we can and still look trim, but it's not really possible to eat your cake and have it.

Quincy Ayodele of Quincy Herbal Slimmers is doing a good job of using herbs to help women lose excess weight. She used to be on the large side years back, but you can never tell now, she looks fabulous.
During the course of filming this story, we went to a herbal market, saw the sellers, the carcass, birds and things I don't know their names and uses, ........ let me just say it was a relief going over to Quincy's, the ambience, the hygiene level, the professionals who make sure your vitals are okay, everything just had a touch of class.
She learnt this from her grand mum and has been doing it for 18 years. Her locally packaged herbs are not only for slimming purposes but also for other ailments. For those who want lighter skin, she says that can be done too.

There may be risks involved in taking herbs but people will continually seek alternative help for old and emerging ailments.
I took some pictures of the open market and some at Quincy's laboratory. Also find a link to the video below.

Ciao.
